Explore the New Year as a New You

Great photos – new memories!

Isn’t it time to create some new memories?  Are you setting your vision upon what you are going to accomplish, learn and explore this year?

January’s newsletter explores new possibilities and…

  • Great new places to visit and explore
  • Great new social website that you are going to love
  • Great new quotes and visual experiences

And, of course, updates about our own exciting changes.  So, let’s get started….

Want to sleep underwater…or in a treehouse?

Why not?  What’s keeping you from exploring your dreams?  The point is that there are so many amazing and wondrous sites that are out there to explore, not to mention the inner horizons that are yet to be activated.  How about staying in this underwater hotel?

Or maybe a tree house?

What about the Ice Hotel?

How about visiting this place?

Want to explore a new social online website?

Here’s one of my favorite new online sites that has everything from recipes, clothes, ideas and photos to share.  All the above photos came from this source.  It’s called…

Pinterest.com

It’s free, fascinating and a lot of fun.  It’s entirely a photo only site, with comments by people as well.  Check it out!

 Great Quotes to Think About

Quiet Mind

“When we are aware of ourselves, is not the whole movement of living a way of uncovering the “me,” the ego, the self? The self is a very complex process that can be uncovered only in relationship, in our daily activities, in the way we talk, the way we judge, calculate, the way we condemn others and ourselves. It is only through awareness of what is true from moment to moment that there is discovery of the timeless, the eternal. Without self-knowledge, the eternal cannot be.”

J. Krishnamurti, The Book of Life

And for balance, how about some golf humor…

“That ball is so far left, Lassie couldn’t find it if it was wrapped in bacon.”

“Watching Phil Mickelson play golf is like watching a drunk chasing a balloon near the edge of a cliff.”

David Feherty, Golf Channel

Or here…

Go the Distance

Okay, so what do any of these wonderful things have to do with hypnosis?  When you look closely, they have everything in common.  Hypnosis is simply a means to an end.  It frees your body, your thoughts, your spirit to do amazing things.  In order to change your life, you first have to believe it’s possible.

Like that line from one of my all-time favorite movies, Field of Dreams, “If you build it, he will come.“  In both the movie and your life, the you that comes is your true, authentic self.

So as the new year begins, please remember the gift of balance, the balance of the physical and the spiritual, the real and the possible, the past and the future.  Use what you know and make it happen.

Create some space in this New Year so that the New You can manifest, flourish and live the life you do truly deserve.

“Such is the character of that morrow which mere lapse of time can never make to dawn…Only that day dawns to which we are awake. There is more day to dawn. The sun is but a morning star.

Henry David Thoreau, Walden
